Although has not been supported by empirical research, it is common opinions thatjob satisfaction can lead to better performance for both individual and organizations.However, many foreign researchs focuse on the conditions under which jobdissatisfaction will result in employee’s voice behavior, and promote organizations’performance. The research used the empirical research to explore the influentialmechanism of transformational leadership and continuance commitment andorganizational support on employee’s voice behavior.This paper has three parts. The first one is literature review and we develop ourtheoretical model and hypotheses. After that, we gave out and collecte questionnaires.AMOS and SPSS are used to analyze the data. Based on the results, we test and verifythe hypotheses. We will show the results and have discussion about them. Finally, theshortages are summarized and some suggestions about the future research are given.The results are showed as followed:(1) Voice behavior consisted of adaption voice behavior and innovation voicebehavior.(2) Employee’s job dissatisfaction, together with continuance commitment,transformational leadership, and organizational support would lead to employee’s voicebehavior.(3) Transformational leadership predicted employee innovation voice behavior aswell adaption voice behavior significantly.(4) Continuance commitment predicted employee innovation voice behavior aswell adaption voice behavior significantly.(5) Organizational support predicted employee innovation voice behavior as welladaption voice behavior significantly.(6) Organizational support can completely mediate therelationship betweentransformational leadership and innovation voice behavior, and partially mediate therelationship between transformational leadership and adaption voice behavior.
