In response to changes inboth domestic and international economic developments, we should speed up thecreation of a new growth model and ensure that development is based on improvedquality and performance. We should fire all types of market participants with newvigor for development, increase motivation for pursuing innovation-drivendevelopment, establish a new system for developing modern industries, and createnew favorable conditions for developing the open economy.
