Potential estimation and priority evaluation are the prerequisite and basis for understanding the potential of land consolidation and execute the land consolidation planning. At present, the implementation of land consolidation planning is based only on the land consolidation potential.Aiming at to increase quantity and improve quality of cultivated land while ignoring its ecological value. Then, there is no analysis of landscape pattern of land use,the degree of urgency of land consolidation, and strategies.Thirdly, the priority area and project arrangements of consolidation mostly depend on administrative decision, and there is no reasonable division of consolidation priorities. Therefore, based on the cultivated land landscape pattern, ecology, quality and quantity. This paper takes the cultivated land of Wushan County in Tianshui as the research object, using the ARCGIS spatial analysis function to determine the priority order and remediation models of cultivated land in Wushan County. It hopes to provide support for the promotion of ecological land consolidation and regional land consolidation planning. The results shows:(1)The most stable arable of cultivated land landscape pattern is distributed in alluvial plain and river valley of Weihe. But the unstable areas of cultivated land were mainly distributed in shallow mountain forest areas in the southwest. The average patch area of cultivated land was 16.61 hm~2,the patch density was 12.73/hm~2,the edge density was 242.43m/hm~2,the area weighted shape index was 10.28,the separation index was 5.46,and the degree of aggregation was 97.14.It shows that the patch accumulation of cultivated land in Wushan County is high, but the average patch area was small, the shape was relatively flat, the cultivated land was more fine, and the potential of the arable land consolidation was great.(2)The total quantity of new cultivated land in the county was 2121hm~2,a quality potential was 48.1162 million kg and ecological potential was 85.1013 million yuan. From the aspect of spatial distribution, the comprehensive potential of agricultural land consolidation in Wushan County generally shows the characteristics of low distribution from north to south, and from west to east. The newly increased amount of cultivated land was distributed in the towns of Beach Township and Gaolou Township, with an area of more than 185 hm~2.The improvement of cultivated land quality potential was mainly distributed in ZuiTou Township,Tan Ge Town and Yanan Township, and the total output value after renovation was reached5.5 million kg;The highest ecological potential was located in the town of Tange, and the total value of ecological services reaches 8.913 million yuan.(3)Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, the priority of agricultural land consolidation was divided into three periods:short-term,medium-term,and long-term,accounting for 22.54%,47.11%,and 30.35%.The mid-and long-term remediation areas were mainly concentrated in the central and southern regions of Wushan County. The landscape of cultivated land was relatively stable, the soil texture was good, and there were more land remediation projects;the recent remediation areas were mainly distributed in Gaolou Township,Yuzhen Town,Zuitou Township and Yanghe Township. The patch of arable land were relatively finely fragmented, but the degree of urgency and degree of willingness for consolidation is relatively high.It is suggested that the degree of friability and degree of willingness of remediation be improved.(4)Based on landscape pattern assessment and remediation zone, three types of agricultural land remediation models were proposed, namely landscape terrace+ecological ridge model,high-standard basic farmland and optimized model, and cultivated land quality improvement+soil improvement model.
