The development of engineering project management is in the1950s.With the rapid development of our economy, engineering project management as an indispensable part of engineering construction also play a key role in the whole process of construction. With the integration of the global economy, China building industry has also opened the door to foreign countries. More and more foreign advanced project management enterprise into the domestic and seize the market. This is largely impact on our project management enterprise. The problems of China project management enterprise exposed:there are limitations for most enterprises which are still in the level of supervision company; most of them do not establish systemic management system;Professional and technical personnel quality is not high;the lack of the inter-disciplinary talent;the imperfect of laws and regulations,etc.These problems makes our project management enterprise lack of competitiveness in the market.In the face of the fierce competition, our project management enterprise need to make effective development strategy, and strengthen the enterprise strategic research.According to the characteristics and the existing problems of the enterprise,establish sustainable development strategic plan, in order to strengthen the enterprise core competitiveness and ability to resist risks.So that the enterprise can sustainable development,and has a greater competitive advantage in the market.In this paper,we use the enterprise strategic management theory,through the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyse the M company’s industry external environment and internal resources situation,to formulate the development strategy of the M. At last we use the questionnaire survey method to analysis M company development strategy implementation effect.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and significance, research content and method.The second chapter, the basic theory of enterprise strategy management, including strategy and strategic management, strategic management elements, process and level, enterprise development strategy management, enterprise development strategy analysis method.The third chapter is project management enterprise environmental research, mainly for M company external environmental analysis and internal resource analysis. The fourth chapter is M company development strategy choice and implementation and study the operation effect. The last is the conclusion and prospect.
