| With the continuous reform and development of society and new science and technology,the evolution of the international industrial pattern is accelerating,providing new opportunities for China’s advanced manufacturing industry to "go global" to participate in resource integration and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.The internal and external environment of the development of the electric tool industry is in such profound changes,and opportunities and challenges are intertwined.FD enterprise is a traditional electric tool manufacturing enterprises,by labor,land,raw materials and other factors costs continue to rise,environment,resources and safety production constraints tightening,in order to develop in the fierce industry competition,enterprises began to seek development strategy change,hope to change the current low-end OEM OEM business model.Based on the theoretical knowledge of SWOT analysis,the SWOT four-AHP-quadrant coordinate system and the SWOT-AHP analysis.FD enterprise development strategy was identified 14 factors by SWOT analysis.Through hierarchical analysis method to calculate the importance of 14 influencing factors ranking and weight relationship,and then establish SWOT-AHP-four quadrant coordinate system quantitative analysis model,the FD enterprise development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,by calculating the total advantage total opportunity and total threat,build strategic quadrilateral,obtain strategic azimuth to judge FD enterprise development strategy.The results show that FD enterprises are currently in the middle stage of development,and their development strategic azimuth is located in the adjustment area of the struggle strategic area.Therefore,FD enterprises should make progressive strategic adjustment according to the relevant analysis data.Combined with the specific situation of the current development of FD enterprises,the last article puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the actual situation of enterprises from multiple dimensions. |
