With the deepening of economic globalization, the competitionenvironment that enterprises are facing is increasingly severely. In face ofthe intense competition, enterprises have to improve the human resourcesmanagement, enhance the core competitiveness of the company inorder to survive and develop to meet the requirements of the situation,Hunan General Aviation Engine Co.,Ltd.(GAEC) is a high-techmanufacturing enterprise, which was holden controlling interest by ChinaSouth Aviation Industry Corporation(SAIC). In this paper, we discussedhow to construct and implement the strategic human resourcesmanagement system issues of Hunan General Aviation Engine Co.,Ltd.,based on the basic theory of strategic human resource management andcombined with the status of human resource management of thecompany.The first chapter in this paper introduces the background, significanceand the research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter focuseson the theory of strategic human resources management The thirdchapter briefly introduces the basic situation and the status of thecompany, and its current situation of human resource and human resourcemanagement are introduced.The necessity of constructing strategichuman resources management system was disscussed in the fourthchapter. And then we expounds the main content of the strategic human resources management system according to the present situation ofhuman resources management in this company. In the fifth chapter,structure design of the strategic human resource system of GAEC wasdescribed and we propose the way to improve the human resourcesmanagement, including recruitment, training, performance management,salary welfare and employee occupation career management etc..And atlast,we propose to establish department of human resources management"as a "strategic role and to improve the human resources managementpractiti’oners specialized level to make sure that the strategic humanresources management system implements smoothly.
