With the increasing globalization of the economy and the market,especially affected bythe global financial crisis aftershocks in recent years.the survival and development of the realestate industry is facing enormous challenges,uncertain factors also grow with each passingday. In this context,the enterprise must realize the sustainable development,fundamentallydepend on the core competence and competitive advantage,in order to occupy the advantagein the fierce competition in the market. Human resources as a strategic resource,becomeimportant strength of core competitiveness of enterprises. Is of great significance to theenterprise strategic target and the sustainable development. A Real Estate Company as did notconsider industry characteristics and strategic development,resulting in serious disconnectionbetween the enterprise human resources management and strategic objectives,serious loss oftalents,human resources management problems enterprises are facing more and moreserious.Thus,to establish a set of suitable for enterprise development strategic humanresource management system needs to be imperative.This article from the A Real Estate Company’s strategy, by means of literature reading,interview, questionnaire, analysis of the existing problems in the human resourcemanagement,combined with the company’s industry characteristics,the construction ofhuman resource management. The main content of this paper has the following three parts:firstly,introduces the research contents, background and significance,research status at homeand abroad and strategic human resource management,defines the concept of strategic humanresource management and the theory of knowledge. Secondly,by introducing the presentcondition of A Real Estate Company and the basic situation of human resourcesmanagement,find out the existing problems in human resource management,and analyzesthe causes of. Finally,combined with the company’s actual,according to the actual problemsof company human resource management and strategy of the Real Estate Company.A humanresources management system to construct a set of strategic orientation,the system includes:strategic human resource planning, recruitment and allocation,based on the strategic trainingand development system, strategy and the occupation career planning of strategic compensation system,strategic performance assessment system.The established A Real Estate Company strategy oriented human resource management,can be closely integrated with the company strategy,to provide strong intellectual supportand human resources guarantee for the strategic development of the company,so as to realizethe strategic objective of the company, the company obtain sustainable development.
