The Research Of Maternity Insurance Problem Of Migrant Workers In China

Along with the industrialization, urbanization process accelerated of our country, migrantworkers，who as a new type of labor force of the modernization construction in our country,arises at the historic moment and has become an important part of industrial workers in China.Migrant workers, who increased rural income, created social wealth and injected vitality to urbanand rural development, play an important role in the modernization drive, and make a significantcontribution. But the social security rights and interests of failed to get timely maintenance,when they pay a labor, especially the female fertility security of migrant workers. As avulnerable group in society, their fertility status is worth the whole society concern. Properlydeal with the question of birth insurance is of great theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper summarizes the situation of the maternity insurance on the relevantdomestic and foreign, and puts forward the corresponding research ideas and research methodsaccording to the research content of this article at the same time; Secondly, through the surveydata about the current situation of the migrant workers’ bears insurance in our country, the paperanalyzes the present situation of rural migrant workers in our country. Then, it explains thereasons for these problems in maternity insurance of peasant workers from three aspects:government, enterprise and individual respectively. Thirdly, the paper explains the significanceof birth insurance in the implementing and improving and puts forward to the necessity andimportance on further improving the system. Finally, by drawing lessons from local experiencein the country, such as Guangzhou, Xiamen, and Beijing, which implementing good practices,and contacting with the actual situation of other parts in our country, put forward the feasibleproposals, which are suitable for the implementation and development of the masses of migrantworkers’ bears insurance in our country, and protect the reproductive rights and interests ofmigrant workers practically.
