In just13years time, Chinese chain pharmacies have experienced decades ofcourse of the western country, and have become one of the most important parts indrug industry chain. But, in the new competition environment, China chainpharmacies met development bottleneck。Industry competition is very fierce and newpolicies brought huge challenges. All kinds of pharmacy is exploring a newdeveloping way.This paper comprehensively use kinds of strategic analysis method and theory toanalyze and study the development strategy of Yang Tianhe Pharmaceutical ChainCompany. In the analysis of external environment, it found that it have both challengeand opportunities in the company’s political environment and Yang Tianhe Companyhas no advantage in the Industry competition structure. But, As the population agingand people health awareness strengthening, health care has a huge potential fordevelopment. In the analysis of internal environment, it found that Yang TianheCompany has a long history and strong enterprise culture atmosphere. Yang TianheCompany has perfect organization structure, standardized management, a certain scalemanagement experience. But,there are also some problems in Yang Tianhe Companysuch as information system aging, marketing concepts backward, lack of servicefeatures, and so on. On the basis of inner and outer environment, it confirmed theprevalence of enterprise mission and goals, made clear its market position, chose alllevels of strategies. At last it put forward the steps of strategy implementation,thespecific content and security measures.
