| In the background of China’s rapid pace of economic globalization,China’s tourism boom led to the rapid development of hotel industry.In the process of development,the status quo of China’s hotel industry human resource issues are also very prominent.On the one hand is the lack of hotel management talents,On the other hand is the higher vocational colleges to cultivate the hotel management professional students not qualified for hotel management work of enterprises,who lead to the contradiction between "supply and demand".This contradictory phenomenon has aroused great concern in all aspects,Many experts and scholars have also made to discuss books to attempt to resolve the contradiction.In order to find effective solutions,this text based on the full study and research of domestic hotel management specialty in Higher Vocational College Talent Cultivation Mode,has made and completed two questionnaires,one questionnaire on hotel enterprises,its purpose is to get the hotel with the actual needs of the people, Another questionnaire for graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges,its purpose is to achieve the training mode of College in the view after the job.Through this two survey,we have a comprehensive grasp of the deficiencies and problems of vocational training in hotel management professionals,understand the difference between supply and demand characteristics,so based on this, the paper proposed or improved combined with the study of income,that is to accelerate the general education infiltration in Higher Vocational Colleges;speed up the integration of higher vocational education and the market;Strengthen the construction of teachers in Higher.Vocational Colleges;enlarge the use of base integration practice in Higher Vocational Colleges. |
