Research On Personnel Training Mode Of The Secondary Vocational School In Shandong Province

In recent years, the rapid continuous development of Chinese tourism has led to a greatdemand for a large number of tourism talents of application. Tourism vocational education, asthe basic part of tourism development, makes up the most important element of it.Undoubtedly, the medium tourism vocational education is an indispensable education type. Soit is irreplaceable to develop medium vocational education in creating a more highly skilledworkforce generally, promoting the adjustment of industrial economic structure and socialprogress, building up people’s ability of employment and re-employment, improving theenvironment and then raising the standard of living and quality of people’s life. But, at present,there lie a lot of contradictions in medium tourism vocational education between personneltraining and the market demands. The following paper,based on the medium vocationalschools in ShanDong province,mainly deals with the research in the talent training pattern ofmedium vocational education in the province through literature method, comparison methodand case-study method.The practical significance of research on the training mode of talent from the vocationaltourism in this paper, the problem oriented, elaborates the necessity and the urgency of thisresearch, and introduces the current research status of the problem. Mehtod of research byusing literature method, comparative method and case analysis method, the comprehensivesystem of occupation education, occupation education and the cultivation of talents in tourismrelated concept models of interpretation; travel through the occupation education people inGermany, Australia, Britain and other developed countries the talent cultivating patterncharacteristic is analyzed, introduced their reference experience, model of characteristicculture contuast in secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province tourism education,comparison,of domestic and foreign tourism education personnel training pattern existenceand analysis of its causes, on the basis of this, put forward new ideas and suggestions of thecultivation mode of tourism education in secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province,in order to provide reference to the thinking and vocational education of tourism.
