With the fast development of China's tourism industry, more and more hotels, restaurants and travel agencies make the demands of the employees related to the tourism industry grow continuously, especially the front-line staff and junior managers. But the students graduated from the secondary vocational school have not high staff quality and can not adapt to the requirement of position well. The facts expose the conflicts between the school personnel training and the market which was divorced from the employment demand, and has become the important task of developing the tourism talent by the secondary tourism vocational education which cannot be ignored.This article announces the conflict between the students graduated from the secondary vocational school and social demands, and uses it as the background of the paper. Through the investigation and analysis, it finds out the existing problems of the secondary vocational school students'current study situation. This study teases out the personnel training mode of foreign countries and China today's research achievement to find out their advantages and methods worthy of reference. Focusing on the students majoring in tourism of Kunshan NO.1 vocational senior high school, it analyzes the shortages in the personnel training of the secondary vocational school, combined with development of tourism industry of Kunshan. It also states the professional qualities that the students should possess from the knowledge, capability and quality three aspects which takes the demand of the employing market as a basis. Based on the training objective, the courses, the construction of teachers, the construction of training base and so on, it hopes to improve students'employability and put forward an effective proposal of personnel training.
