Theprebiotics (functional oligosaccharide) new functional food ingredients as the representative hasbeen widely applied. Baolingbao Biotechnology co.,Ltd is a Limited located in Yuchengbiological engineering as the leading high-tech enterprises. More than ten years, it has madeconsiderable progress, become the domestic food additive industry leading enterprises. But aftermore than ten years of development has also exposed some problems. In the face of theincreasingly fierce market competition and complex market environment, the company in thefuture how to achieve sustainable development, become the future world main functional sugaringredients enterprise, the company needs to solve the problem.This paper firstly introduces the related theory of marketing strategy management, reviewsthe development of foreign strategic management. Summarizes the development and the presentsituation of strategic management. Through the survey and analysis of theory, as the bowlingcompany’s marketing strategy formulation and lay the theoretical foundation. The functionalsugar industry and the bowling company environment is analyzed, based on the use of SWOTanalysis method on the bowling company facing opportunities and threats, its own advantagesand disadvantages, and carried on the SWOT analysis matrix. Thus make the strategic choice, todevelop the company’s marketing strategy. In order to establish the difference strategy, costleading strategy as the marketing strategy, the good foundation for a series of security measuresfor the implementation of marketing strategy.In this paper, to study the bowling biological Limited by Share Ltd, and puts forward theplanning idea of marketing strategy and implementation plan, and the original marketing modeof innovation, to provide reference for enterprises to take the sustainable development road.
