With the advent of the Internet era,the Internet intelligence industry has risen rapidly and opened up a brand new smart home market.All major smart homes have carried out reforms and innovations,developed smart product businesses,and responded to the needs of the times,constantly updating the types of smart products to enhance their market competitiveness.For smart homes,in the process of intelligent product marketing,how to make full use of Internet information technology and media such as big data is very important,which will help improve the company's economic efficiency and increase the customer's stickiness to the company.Based on this,this article takes the Mitang company sugar cube speaker as the main research object,its main research purpose is to find out the problems in the marketing process of the rice candy speaker of the Mitang company,using marketing theory to propose the marketing of the Mitt sugar cube speaker.Optimize the program to better promote the development of the company.This article selects the Tangtang speaker of the Mita Company as the research object.The company has been at a relatively high level in the field of smart speakers,and has developed well in foreign markets.However,after entering the Chinese market in 2015,the brand recognition of consumers' sugar speakers is Not high,the sales effect is not ideal,and has been in a downturn.The smart home industry is an emerging industry,and consumers' understanding and recognition are not high.Therefore,the marketing status of the company's sugar cube speakers is very representative in smart home enterprises.Therefore,this study takes market creation as a research perspective,explores the current status and shortcomings of the marketing of the sugar candy speaker of the company,and proposes effective marketing strategies and implementation safeguard measures.The study found that the problems in the marketing of Mitang's sugar cube speaker include the mismatch of product supply and demand,overcapacity,unclear target positioning,and poor channel promotion.In response to these problems,the marketing environment analysis of Mitang Sugar Cube Speakers is mainly carried out in three aspects: macro environment,micro environment and SWOT analysis.In the macro environment,PEST analysis method is used for analysis;in micro environment,wave is utilized.The special five-force model is analyzed.On this basis,develop a marketing strategy for sugar cube speakers.Starting from the STP strategy and marketing mix strategy,we will carry out the re-marketing of the sugar cube speaker and the products,prices,channels,and promotion strategies,and formulate the safeguard measures for the implementation of the marketing mix strategy,and build a better marketing team and develop better.The performance appraisal system and the unique corporate culture will enhance the market competitiveness of the company.Marketing is very important for the development of major enterprises.In the process of formulating marketing strategies,appropriate marketing strategies can be formulated according to the actual situation of enterprises.Marketing takes customer demand as the core point.In the process of marketing strategy development,it pays more attention to the relationship between enterprises and customers,and improves customer recognition through accurate market positioning,effective products,prices,channels and promotion strategies.In the application process,marketing not only pays attention to the interests of the company itself,but also pays more attention to the interests of consumers,and wins the recognition of customers from the perspective of win-win strategy.In short,this article takes marketing as a research perspective,analyzes the case of Mitang sugar cube speaker,explores the practical application of marketing theory in the smart home industry,in order to improve the marketing ability of the enhanced sugar cube speaker.
