Since China’s reform and opening policy, Great number of international companysubsidy was launched in China, The most attractive element is cheap labor. What if thelow cost advantages gradually be disappeared,the comprehensive development of theenterprise cost rise gradually, the traditional low cost strategy can’t match to the newbusiness environment, a great number of multinational subsidiary will be on the road ofstrategic transformation.Aimed at the requirement of the enterprise strategic transformation, this thesis usemanagement theory and enterprise strategic transformation theory, including PESTanalysis, PORTER five model to analyze the external environment, to understand theexternal opportunities and threats; enterprises should fully, the use of resources to seize thedevelopment of China’s market opportunities; through the analysis of internal environmentin China to discover the weakness and limits of management.This article is aimed to help enterprise performing better and achieve a long-termdevelopment through the case study of Company A.
