Modern transportation industry can not develop without constructions of transportation informationization and transportation intellectualization, it has given intelligent transportation profession, which has been transportation informationization and the intellectualized, the mission which develops highly to the technological innovation and the service innovation.Guangdong XY is a well-known systems integrator in a major area of intelligent transportation, which is a high-tech enterprises engaging in the highway electrical and mechanical construction (including communications systems, monitoring systems, charging systems, and other system integration), urban intelligent transportation, information technology services business. Since 2006, the country has accessed to a period of basic construction period. Facing this excellent opportunity, Guangdong XY developed the new service and the new market space, the implemented technological innovation, strengthened own competitive advantage, and obtained the good economic efficiency.However, with the increasingly fierce market competition, Guangdong XY's problems become more obvious. Firstly, construction as the main body of business structure, its profit margin become lower and lower, and the project management difficulty also increases. Secondly, 90% funding of Company was invested into project construction, technology development and innovation funding invested were serious insufficient, lack of the competitiveness in the core technologies, causes the company to strive for success with hardship in the price competition. Thirdly, the company has failed to master and develop the sustainable development of core technologies, service product and other servicing, and promotion market shares are low.
