Firstly, show a simply introduction of Longkou port and the developed things, something about differentiation strategy and the development of bulk cargo. Based on this, this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weakness and the external challenges and opportunities to meet in the process of bulk cargo supply development of Longkou port. Then I use exponential smoothing method and GM to forecasts the bulk cargo throughput of Longkou port in the future.
