With the development of globalization and China’s reform and opening up, the degree of internationalization of Chinese enterprises is also rising, but with the economic development in China. On one hand, as an emerging market country, china is facing the industrial upgrading and technological transformation, On the other hand, more and more chinese enterprises must face the increasing competition at international market.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, including thesis motivation, research objectives, research methods, as well as papers innovations and inadequacies. The second chapter, analyzed the theory of cultural integration of mergers and acquisitions combing summarized as two parts, respectively, to sort out, are the M&A cultural integration mode selection and merger integration process. The third part is the impact of factors that affect the cultural integration of mergers and acquisitions analysis of national and cultural differences impact factors of mergers and acquisitions strategy, cultural tolerance, and the fourth part is case studies,based on Hofstede’s national culture theory and M&A cultural integration of the theory of the the SAIC’s acquisition of South Korea’s Ssangyong Motor and Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM PC business analysis. Chapter In conclusion, SAIC acquired on the basis of the lessons of failure of South Korea’s Ssangyong Motor and Lenovo’s successful integration of the IBM PC business sector experience, Chinese enterprises overseas M&A Cultural Integration problems and puts forward some suggestions.
