So, through the application of Six Sigma, qualitymanagement to achieve quality improvement is very urgent.Methods using the Six Sigma quality management improvement, through to theZ project of the production process and quality related problems by fishbone diagram analysis, confirmed the main quality problems caused by theproject yield low processing methods for the problem.
