The efficient Business-management is the improvement point of the rapiddevelopment of a company. How to make the business work with effectivecommunication, efficent management and fluency process is the most difficult pointand hot point during the normal development and growth of the company. Theintensive cultiation of the business work depend on the efficent management. Toenhance the process management and to build a unified management platform is theinevitable trend for the internal control.After the establishment of productmanagement department, FAW-VW is alwaysworking on the standardization of the management process. On the basis of theup-to-date content of the Produktentstehungsprozess of Volkswagen Group and theadvanced experiences of other automobil companies, we put our New ProductIntroduction Management in the implementation and optimize the process gradually.In the context of rapid develepment of the auotmobil industry FAW-VW could byoptimizing the internal product management meet the needs of the development, risethe challenges from the comflecation of the project work, more brands, more productsand more projects. First, compare to other automobil companies FAW-VW hasformed it’s own competitive advantages. On the other hand, compare to the pastFAW-VW has enhanced the project management efficiency and built a relativelyperfect project management system. In recent years, with the deepening of projectworks New Product Instroduction management plays an increasingly important roleund have attracted more attention of the senior executive. How to improve andprofect the details, enhance execution, text the result, on the basis of the existingprocess are the important works of product management department.This paper describes the research tasks and research objectives, first describe thecontent of the New Product Instroduction management, leading department of the managementprozess, participation departments etc.. Forcus on the problems andcauses of the New Product Instroduction management, at last introduce the optimizemeasures and safeguard measures of the implementation.The major topic of this paper is the analyse of the New Product Instroductionmanagement improvement FAW-VW, so the chapter3and chapter4describe theoptimize measures and safeguard measures in detail. The reserch on the optimizemeasures and safeguard measures to the New Product Instroduction management isgood for the effective project work and product management improvement.Finaly, to conclude that the improvement of the New Product Instroductionmanagement will increase the efficiency of the new product project of FAW-VW, willimprove adiministrative ability of all the departments, will remove barriers in the newproduct project. In this way the project management competence will be higher andthe management system will be better. The new product will be put into the marketand provide to the customers faster, easier and with higher quality.
