| The Lx company studied in this paper is a leading enterprise in the domestic contract industry of consumer electronics at present,which develops rapidly by relying on large customers.However,in the context of the global economic downturn and the downward trend of many private capital entering the contract manufacturing industry chain,it is more necessary to explore internal potential to adapt to the economic environment and the company’s development needs.And new product development and smooth mass production is particularly important.This paper aims to solve the project management problems in the new product introduction stage of consumer electronics OEM manufacturing industry.To this end,the paper first introduces the research background and significance,and reviews the research status at home and abroad.Then,the article analyzes the related theories of project management and new product introduction,and divides the new product introduction stage into different stages.This paper also compares the functional management mode with the matrix management mode and points out that the matrix management mode is more suitable for the characteristics of the new product introduction stage.Then,taking the VCM new product introduction project of Lx Company as an example,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme.From the aspects of project quality management,communication management,schedule management,cost management and human resources management,the author identifies the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.At the same time,the author also puts forward the safeguard measures from the two aspects of institutional safeguard and cultural safeguard under the premise of obtaining the support from the top.Finally,the paper analyzes the expected effect of the optimization scheme and puts forward the prospect of future research.In short,this paper adopts the idea of "raising problems-analyzing problems-solving problems" in the research method,combined with actual cases to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study on the project management in the new product introduction stage.Through practice verification,the expected effect of the proposed optimization scheme is remarkable.This study has practical application value for practitioners in the OEM manufacturing industry of consumer electronics,and also provides useful thoughts and enlightenment for related academic fields. |
