| As the development of global economic integration in recent years,Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more external competitive pressure.Many competitive advantages were no longer exist.We still have large gap with many outstanding foreign enterprises about production cost,efficiency and product quality.Production site is where the operation take place and important for enterprises to improve competitiveness.The clean-up activity at the production site is an effective way to earn profit.In fact,5S management can effectively improve enterprise performance.Aiming at the new product manufacturing project of B company,this paper analyze the problems happened in 5S.Analyze the root cause.Describe the urgency of B company to strength 5S.Rise 5S improvement strategy,implement and analyze the results.As a typical private manufacturing enterprise in China,B company has may typical problems in 5S.This paper mainly use 5S theory to do the analysis from three aspects: standardized production,visual management and production safety.Rise improvement for these aspects and evaluate the effect.According to the problems of auto machines maintenance of B company,rise the maintenance improvement based on TPM theory.Use system dynamics theory,build model of measures and targets,evaluate the total effects of 5S improvement for B company,find out the sensitive factors,and put forward the strategy of continuously improvement.B Company belongs to the consumer electronics industry and is currently in the new product introduction stage.The field management in this stage is different from general situation.It is particular and urgent,which also makes the research of this project has innovative insight. |
