Research On Qulity Control For The Project Named Core-business System Of C Bank

As a driving force for development and a critical support of the city commercialbanks, Information Technology faces not only the unprecedented opportunity for thedevelopment but also the challenge of reacting changes in technology and businessinnovation.C-bank actively implements the idea about the leading science technology,and started a new generation of core system construction project in June,2010. Thisproject, which ranks forefront of the industry according to the large scope of theproject and its complexity, involves the transformation of peripheral fifty-six systems.After two and a half years, it was successfully put into operation in November,2012.The construction project of C-bank core system adopts outsourcing model, whichcontributes to promoting the large-scale popularization of IT outsourcing model in theC bank.In this paper, the main line is the C-bank core systems for the quality control ofthe construction. Following the thinking to identify problems, analyze and solveproblems, this paper firstly introduces the description and the quality control status ofthe C-bank core systems that take IT outsourcing model; secondly, in the process ofC-bank core systems construction, IT outsourcing model exposes many problems inquality control, such as: demand omission/change, inadequate testing, outsourcersfrequently replaced and so on. Faced with many problems, this paper uses5Manalysis method (Fishbone Diagram Analysis Method), which analizes these fiveaspects: Man, Machine,Material, Method and Environment. In order to find the rootof the problem, the writer of this paper uses the theoretical knowledge of qualitymanagement and three of seven QC tools:Fishbone Diagram, Checklist and ParetoChart. The writer also combines the actual situation of the construction the C-bankcore systems to give improvement program about quality management and controland then verifies the effectiveness of these better measures through the process of the practical application of the C-bank core systems. Quality control measures continueto be improved and refined. In this way, it can supply a powerful guarantee to achievethe goal of the quality and smooth operation of the C-bank core systems. It can alsoestablish a good foundation to forcefully spread this IT outsourcing model in theapplication of the C-bank.
