Research On Shanxi County Level Power Supply Company Smart Meter Reconstruction Project Quality Management

Application of smart meters is the most important content of the strong smart grid construction, and smart meters installation quality and operation reliability directly relate to the general customer’s benefit and the social image of the power supply company. Quality management is a complicated system engineering, which relates to survival and development of the company and nation. Quality management is a full participation, so the senior managers’determination and support will determine the results. In addition, strengthening basic management, paying attention to the scientific method and people-oriented, and establishing a continuous improvement quality culture are the most important ways that quality management should pay attention to.This paper takes JS county level power supply company smart meters renovation project management as the research background, and analyzes the present quality management situation of JS power supply company by using the theories of project quality management, statistical analysis and Pareto diagram, etc. It builds a weighted fishbone diagram model applying to general project quality management based on the basic principles of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fishbone diagram. In view of this model, this paper researches on this project and reveals the root causes of quality problem, such as un-standardization technological process, disqualification skill training, weak quality consciousness, un-perfect operational and material quality supervision mechanisms. At the end of this paper, a quality improvement program is proposed on the basis of investigation and research, which has a reference value to JS power supply company.
