As the fast development and the constant improvement of the internet, the traditional business mode and marketing model of banking have changed dramatically. Among the most, E-Banking has become the new section for profit growth in banking and also the new mode and main channel of commercial bank business development. Facing the intense industrial competition, commercial banks have put the development of E-Banking as an essential way of competition and a significant measure to implement strategy transformation. Hence, the E-Banking business of domestic commercial banks has attracted intensive attention accompanied by the evolution of network reforming.This paper compares the external macro environment and internal marketing environment of the E-Banking business development, through compares the advantages and disadvantages of the online marketing model with the E-Banking marketing model of China Construction Bank. This paper combined with the present E-Banking marketing situation of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch.Proposed the E-Banking present marketing problems of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch. Based on data mining propose the new E-Banking marketing model. According to the development environment of the online financial service in China, analyzes its development trend, then, combined with own conditions, it gives suggestions for the E-Banking marketing strategy of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch which is studied based on data mining.Through analysis and research, the conclusions are as follows:Stress the E-Banking online marketing model in China Construction Bank.Attention to customer data mining and analysis, establish customer-focused strategy in China Construction Bank E-Banking.Establish comprehensive and accurate customer database model, as the basis of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch customer marketing...
