Study On Financial Analysis Model’s Building And Application On Lanzhou LS Heavy Equipment Corporation Ltd.

Under the background of economic globalization, the enterprises are facing the complicated and various financial environment, both home and abroad, so their running risk and financial risk become heavier and heavier. It will help decision makers to make wise decisions if the scientific financial analysis system is built, which will also offer the valuable information so that the risks will be resolved and guarded against.This paper has focused on the LS heavy equipment co., LTD as the object of study. Firstly, we make a strong theory basement for the model-setting by searching theory review. Then it introduces the LS’financial analysis and points out the issues, such as the development difficulty to breakthrough, the bad controlling ability, the low asset management efficiency, the existing financial system could not cope with the changes of the inside and outside environment and so on. Finally, the financial analysis model which includes the development strategy analysis, financial statements of accounting analysis, financial capability analysis and warning of financial crisis is built under the help of comparative analysis, ratio analysis, structural analysis and analysis by synthesis.At last, we analysis the LS’financial system using the model we have set. Advices has also been given in order to solve the problems. Our aim is to offer necessary and valuable information to the decision makers so that LS’risk-against capability will be enhanced.
