Application Study On The Development Of EMC In The Field Of Green Building

This paper is focused on the development of EMC in the field of Green Building. The development of Green Building at home is analyzed from the status of construction scale, energy situation, the effectiveness of energy saving, green building support after illustrating the concept and content of Green Building briefly, then the paper summarize that the popularization of Green Building in China has got a certain degree, but there are still many obstacles hindering their promotion, such as the financing obstacles, lack of energy-saving technologies. In order to solve these problems, the article takes research in the success of Green Building experience abroad and the specific conditions in China and come to a conclusion that Energy Performance Contract reached a new energy-saving mechanism for the promotion of China's Green Building, it is necessary to discuss this proposition.In order to take research in the development of EMC in the field of Green Building, this article first introduced the concept of EMC,ESCO the current situation of EMC abroad followed by The World Bank / GEF demonstration projects, the role of EMC in the field of Green Building and the current state of the environment.The last part of the article focused on practical application of EMC in the field of Green Building, especially analyzing financing mode, the possibility of financial institutions to grant a loan on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign countries, the distribution of risk, risk classification and risk controlling were studied in the final.
