Through the introduction to basic situation of Lenovo Group, and the research of theproduct strategy, to explain the far-reaching impact of electronic product strategy for thedevelopment of the company. Then expand the case analysis, put forward the existingproblems of the existing electronic product strategy of Lenovo Group. Embark on acomprehensive analysis of the industry environment, analyzing the domestic andinternational situation, then processing SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces model toconduct in-depth research. Taking the Lenovo Group Case as an example, to docomparative analysis of domestic and foreign companies in the industry, such as taking thecompany Apple, Samsung, Huawei to do comparative analysis with Lenovo Group.Bring forward the objectives and principles of Policy Framework design of electronicproducts of the Lenovo Group, based on the actual situation, features and productoperating conditions of the Lenovo Group. And focus on the multi-level and multi-facetedrecommendations to electronic product strategy of the Lenovo Group. For the existingproblem, given the unique new electronic product strategy solutions to Lenovo Group,from new product positioning to product differentiation strategy, from the mobile Internetproduct strategy, to new product development and brand strategy. Contains advancedconcepts of current electronic product design and development of the IT industry, andraising innovative ideas of mutual promoting and developing together between mobile andInternet software products of the mobile Internet strategy. Considering the full range of newelectronic products strategy implementation of security issues, proposed to strengthen thecompany’s human resources management, and strengthen the company’s strategic alliance-building, and practical way to strengthen the building of enterprise culture. To ensure theimplementation of the new electronic product strategy execution, and to ensure thesuccessful achievement of desired effect.This article mainly takes Lenovo as an example to analyze, and the strategy thinking ofactual electronic product can be used for reference for other companies of this industries.
