Catering to the strategy of“Special Bank" of CMBC (China Minsheng BankingCorporation, Ltd.), paying attention to the characteristics of Sichuan Province, theChengdu Branch decides to fully develop the special finance service of liquor industryin Sichuan Province. Chengdu Branch is striving for the competitive brand of liquorfinance, the leader of Chinese liquor finance, and the most influential commercial bankin the industry of liquor and financial in3to5years. Meanwhile, Chengdu Branch willdo its best to promoting the integration of private enterprises, tiny and personal bankcustomers, combining to three strategies of CMBC, forming characteristics byprofession, promoting benefits by characteristics, achieving the goal of “benefitsbank”.This paper is based on the customers of Yibin liquor industry that are developed byChengdu Branch of CMBC. Combing to “special bank” and some other strategies ofCMBC, this paper discussed the problem of how to promote the effective developmentof corporate finance by our advantage of service, products and so on, in the increasinglyfierce competition market of this industry.According to the analysis of characteristics and development of Wuliangye storeassociations and Xufu liquor in Chengdu, the paper pointed out that the differentiationand multiplicity development are important way s to promote the competitiveness.The conclusion of this paper is beneficial to CMBC to further develop the liquorindustry, to stand out above the rest financial institutions in the increasinglyhomogenous competition, to form a sustainable business model.
