As a medium-sized liquor-making company,A liquor company has grown rapidly in recent years.However,its human resource management level is relatively weak,which is mainly manifested in the problems of performance appraisal,the lack of scientific appraisal indicators,and the company's performance appraisal is mere formality,unable to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,which has a great impact on the development of the company.This paper takes A liquor company as the research object,deeply analyses the problems existing in the process of performance management and performance appraisal.Based on the company's strategic direction and goal,the paper synthetically uses the Balanced Scorecard technology and key performance indicators technology,and constructs performance appraisal indicators of company level and various departments in the company from four angles of finance,customers,internal operation,learning and growth.At the same time,it puts forward the safeguard measures to implement the performance appraisal system of A liquor company,in order to realize the overall optimization of the performance appraisal system of A liquor company and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
