But regarding the large-scaleadvertisement host, puts in the outdoors numeral advertisement, also exists seeks theadvertisement resources to be difficult, broadcasts questions and so on supervising andmanaging difficulty.Discover a problem from the Data and site inspection,we will find a solutionbased on the relevant theory,then we will make the actual operation,finally,theoperation will test whether the problem has been solved or not.this paper carries outthe following research according to the those scientific principles.Based on modern electronic commerce theory, when the society presents themassive suppliers and consumers has the market information asymmetrical situation,especially the advertisement idle time interval this class time product often can carryout the real-time transaction through the E-Business Platform, in order to carries onoptimized market resource disposition.The trading platform uses the Outdoor-Digital Media hardware terminal,theadvertising programs networked publishing system and the advertising cast strategybroadcasting system..The LCD Terminal (ad) distributes in outdoor LED, buildings,airports, subways, stores, schools, hotels, restaurants and other outdoor digital mediaand all access to www.adshare.com.cn.Then ensuring the Advertising Publishing intime, and provides monitoring, free advertise resources consolidated sales.Finally realizing advertising time (when), places (where) and people (who) precision of thebroadcast.It is Built an advertising resource, publish, monitor real-time transactionplatform between nationwide outdoor digital media companies (advertising operatingcompany) and advertisers and agencies.Under the guidance of the theory of the electronic commerce,trading rules areable to meet the requirements of supplier (outdoor digital advertising carriers) andconsumers (advertisers and agency),on the other hand,dealing with three mainstreams of a trading platform: information flow, logistics and fund flow.Around thedemand of the suppliers and consumers, I will design a trading platform operation rulesand technical requirements.
