An Research On FDI Absorptive Capability Of Our National Coastal Areas For The Post-financial Crisis Era

After the broke out of Financial-crisis,The world step into the Post-financial CrisisEra.During this period,the comparative advantage to attract Labor-intensive FDI ofChina’s national coastal areas is gradually weakening.In order to maintain thesustainable and stable development of the open-eocnomy,it should be enhance theKnowledge (technology)-intensive FDI absorptive ability to make sure this kind of FDIwill successfully support the higher of industrial structure and other good trends for theeconomic development.This topic should be put on the top of the governmentinvestment agenda.Proceeding from the economic situation for the international, domestic and coastalareas, combined with a of traditional FDI impact factors, the characteristics ofKnowledge (technology)-Intensive industries and coastal areas-economic,this paperbuild up an integrated FDI absorptive capacity evaluation system for national coastalprovinces.With analysis of2009data,finally got the evaluation results about11coastalprovinces,including the overall level,the influence power of various elements,theadvantages and disadvantages of the different provinces.It also divid the11provincesinto4degree based on the informations above and give the relevant policies seperately.The research methods it use include a combination of theory and empirical research, acombination of qualitative and quantitative research and multidisciplinary theorycrossover study.The structure of this paper include five chapters.Respectively: Introduction,Ananlysis of the new characters of international industrial transfer and investment underthe post-financial crisis era background, An research on China’s coastal areas FDIAbsorptive Capability evaluation index system under the post-financial crisis erabackground, An empirical research on FDI Absorptive Capability of national coastalareas, Results.
