Study On The Development And Countermeasure Of Green Agriculture Industry In Luojiang District

Luojiang District of Quanzhou City, Fujian province is located in the northeast of theLuoyang River in the center of Quanzhou City. The northeast is adjacent to two Countiesof Huian and Xianyou, the west is Nanan City and the south is Fengze District. The totalarea is382square kilometers.This paper takes Luojiang district as the research object, combing with China’s recentstatus of the green agriculture development and the construction experience of greenagricultural demonstration zone, and analyzes the green agriculture industry developmentin Quanzhou city Luojiang district of Fujian province. And then it summarizes thedevelopment advantage of green agriculture in resources, transportation facilities, industryexperience and other aspects. It considers that the development of green agricultureindustry in Luojiang zone is inseparable with the government support.On the basis of the analysis, the paper puts forward concrete measures for thedevelopment of green agriculture in Luojiang District of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.This paper thinks that green characteristic planting industry, animal husbandry and fishery,green flower are still the emphasis of green agriculture development. And the greenagriculture district should combine leisure and tourism so as to in all directions topromote Luojiang District green agricultural industry development. In addition, the paperalso believes that in developing green agriculture industry at the same time, should alsodevelop green energy and environmental engineering, deal with the relationship betweengovernment and enterprises, and finally put forward the operation mechanism of"government guide, the enterprise operate".According to the problems of agricultural industry in Luojiang area development,this paper also puts forward the corresponding solving measures. To the problem oflacking funds, this paper thinks that Luojiang should establish a diversified investmentsystem, attract foreign capital, apply the agricultural loan for all levels of government andintroduce agricultural science and technology project. To the adverse effects ofconstruction project may cause to the diversity of ecological environment, this paperadvocates the use of organic manure fertilizer, and control tourists and so on.In conclusion, this paper considers that Luojiang area is suitable for the construction of green agricultural demonstration zone. In the development of green agriculture andgreen agriculture tourism, the government must pay attention to protect environment andecological wetland construction. At the same time it considers that after several years ofefforts, Luojiang District of Quanzhou City in Fujian Province will be a green agriculturedemonstration center, high-tech agricultural production base of green agriculture andtourism center in Southern China.
