Research On Business Model Of The Vertical Integration Strategy Based On Guangdong Guanhao High-tech CO.LTD

With the development of The Times, people pay more and more attention to the importance of business model. But so far, people still not form a unified and complete system, and mainly focuse on definition, classification and system research. Therefore, in this paper, based on the research of the case enterprise, we combine vertical integration strategy with business model, and also expect through this business model tool, to better explore the phenomenon of vertical integration.This article adopts the method of case study to study the business model of vertical integration strategy. Paper first relates theory of vertical integration strategy and business model for review. On this basis, through questionnaire interview, field investigation and document analysis method, this article analyzes the case company Guanhao High-tech, and gets the Business model structure model of vertical integration strategy. Based on the case enterprise, the paper puts forward business model of vertical integration strategy.The composition of the system includes customer value orientation,positioning,vertical resources combination/value net,value chain competition,and enterprise value increment.The innovation of the paper has the following two points,1. Through the analysis of Guanhao High-tech, the paper explains the reasons of vertical integration strategy transformation and generalizes the business model structure model2. On the basis of case study, the paper puts forward the strategic business model of vertical integration.
