The Hunan Xinkanghui International Travel Co. Ltd. is approved by the National Tourism Administration, China Xinkanghui Direct Holdings International Travel, is a member of China Association of Travel Agents, Travel Agents Association of Hunan Province, Changsha Association of Travel Agents, vice president of the unit, the executive director of the Hunan Provincial Tourism Association honor awarded2010,2011annual top100travel agencies, Hunan five-star travel agency, over the years, Hunan Tourism Bureau credibility rating class A and won best Hunan Province star travel agency, Hunan star travel excellent brand. Since its inception, the travel agency emphasis on the interpretation of the tourism prospects and pioneering tourism market in the internal management, human resources management, did not attract enough attention, encountered a bottleneck in the development of cause the Hunan Xinkanghui International Travel. Among them, the lack of human resources management to highlight the lack of performance in the pay system design, and lead to more serious brain drain, which restricts the further development of the new Comfort International Brigade.In this paper, the theory of wage determination, business administration theory the overall remuneration theory, pay system design theory for guidance, on the basis of both domestic and international research literature, the optimal design of the Hunan New Comfort International Travel Service pay system. This paper first reviews the compensation management, the existing pay system design research literature results at home and abroad, learning, and outlines the basic theory is closely related to the pay system design management. Then an overview of the market and the development of world tourism, Chinese tourism and Hunan tourism overview briefly the status of the development of the travel agency, Hunan Comfort International Travel Service development status and remuneration management status description, summed up the current in compensation design and management of the main problems:tour guides direct pay problems; outreach dollars for direct pay problems; welfare and security system is not yet perfect; dominant fixed part of the total wages, a low amount, live part of the non-standard; the internal relationship allocated ring true, the overall wage gap is too large, but the gap is too small within the department.Based on the above problems, the Hunan Xinkanghui International Travel remuneration system re-design and optimization. Follow the overall design principles and ideas on the basis of taking into account the huge difference of the general staff and the nature of the work of the tour guides employees this paper, the general staff and tour guides employees pay system design:for ordinary employees, from the implementation of job evaluation is divided post grades, to determine the wages of the center line, adjust the wage structure, the establishment of the new wage constitute remuneration payment, social insurance and welfare design optimized design; guide employees, their pay system reconstruction, reconstruction guides staff remuneration system, including the qualification wage jobs, pay for performance, and the troupe, to subsidize three aspects, and the weight of each indicator and its secondary indicators design. To design the Hunan Xinkanghui International Travel new pay system, this article overcome the short-term behavior and the internal and external systems from two aspects to develop long-term incentive plan, to support reforms to develop the implementation of the new pay system safeguards.
