In recent years the development of the tourism industry is in full swing,a vast market prospects.In the increasingly fierce market environment,guide's personnel in the tourism industry plays a more and more important role,become one of the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises.Guide's personnel,however,there exists a phenomenon of corporate loyalty is low,the turnover rate is too high,so how to suppress the tour guide personnel loss,for the development of the tourism industry is critical and long-term significance.Weifang now hold a tour guide certificate number 1564 people,including professional tour guide only about 1000 people,nearly thirty percent of licensed tour guide personnel did not work in the guide.Appear in the existing guide's personnel team,low age,record of formal schooling is low.Hold the guide guide's personnel of certification,under the age of 30(91%),college graduate or college degree below 78%,primary guide's personnel accounted for 95.6%,senior tour guide staff are scarce.Tourism is very serious brain drain phenomenon,in the final analysis is the industry does not establish a perfect human resource management and incentive mechanism.Thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly analyzes the research background and significance,introduced the research status at home and abroad;The second chapter main content is introduced the management mode of Chinese and foreign tour guide,and get some enlightenment;Third chapter weifang tourismresources and the present situation of the guide's personnel,from the number of guide's personnel,characteristics,flows,weifang guide's personnel on the current management mode,etc;The fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the guide's personnel management,tour guide and travel companies relationship loose,full-time and part-time tour guide is not clear,service consciousness,etc.;The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures for the optimal allocation and management of tour guide.Mainly to solve the guide's personnel rights as a starting point,puts forward mtcsol guide's personnel by the travel agency and guides labor dispatching company divide and rule,the protection of the rights of guide's personnel,incentive tour guide better serve tourism enterprises at the same time.Innovation point of this article is,in view of the existing in weifang guide's personnel management two management modes:(1)the tour guide personnel by the travel agency management;(2)the guide's personnel by the tour guide management services company.In this paper,starting from the present situation of weifang,don't think the two management style has its rationality,thus put forward to break the existing traditional management mode,proposed full-time tour guide personnel by the travel agency management,guide's personnel sign labor contracts with travel agencies,establish the rights and obligations of both parties.Part-time tour guide,the use of the characteristics of the labor dispatch,guide a staffing company established,clear guide's personnel staffing company,travel agencies and tourist guide tripartite relationship:(1)the tour guide personnel determine the labor relationship with the guide to send company;(2)the tour guide and travel agency is labor relationship;(3)the labor dispatching company is travel agent and tourist guide civil contractual relationship.At the same time established between travel agency and guides a staffing company flow mechanism,set up a new tour guide and the management pattern of labor relations,for the tourism industry in the guide's personnel turnover rate is high,the lack of rights,lack of enterprise belonging to provide relevant advice.
