The incentive problem of tour guide staff is also a common problem in the tourism industry of our country. At present, most of the theoretical research is based on the traditional incentive theory, and on the basis of the deepening of research, but the lack of continuous and effective incentive mechanism, but also rarely combined with the current socio-economic development of the domestic tour guides and professional characteristics And specialized research. This paper solves this problem, and tries to establish an incentive mechanism for tour guides by taking this profession as a special research object and insisting on the present situation of domestic development and the modern incentive theory. The content of this study is of great significance to the establishment and perfection of the incentive system of domestic tour guide system. It is also expected to provide some reference and reference for other similar tour operators. This is of great significance to enhance the management level of tour operators and maintain the healthy and sustainable development of travel agencies.In the study, it is found that CITIC International Travel Service does not have sufficient incentives, such as poor incentive for training, weak incentives for incentive, and lack of top-level emotional incentive.
