In recent years, with the strategic adjustment of Hunan Electric Power Company gradually put in place, the employee loyalty, satisfaction of Hunan Electric Power Company has become an increasingly common concern of the company’s senior leaders. In order to grasp the current situation of Hunan Electric Power Company employee loyalty, find the relevant factors of the Hunan Electric Power Company employee loyalty, at the same time find out the relations between Hunan Electric Power Company employee loyalty and satisfaction, in order to pertinently create and cultivate high loyalty staff group, condenses the staff. Striving for company’s new career dream in the critical period of development has become the common concern of senior managers of the Hunan Electric Power Company. The specific purpose of this article is:through theory research and empirical analysis, explore the impact factors of the Hunan Electric Power Company employee loyalty, test loyalty’s influence on the job performance, propose organization improve employee loyalty strategy in Hunan Electric Power Company.Firstly, introduced the relevant theories, the meaning and characteristics of employee loyalty, fully understand the concept of "employee loyalty" and pointed out the significance of employee loyalty, and summarized the main factors for induction impact employee loyalty, including employee personal factors, business factors and environmental factors. Next, build the employee loyalty model of Hunan Electric Power Company, bring forward8influencing factors:employee personal characteristics factors, the work itself, promotion and development, situation of the enterprise, communication, reward systems, leadership factors and the association between participation in the management and loyalty. Further, use statistical software to do simple statistical analysis about collected data, analyse sample reliability and validity and finally analyse samples using structural equation modeling. Finally, in order to improve staff loyalty, recommendations are given from three levels:the enterprise culture and management system, leadership and staff management.This study was summarized at the end of the article, pointing out that the study of the theoretical significance and practical significance and further research.
