Research On International Cooperation Mode Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the equipment manufacturing industry. As an important carrier of the high and new technology, it is the necessary condition for a nation’s industrial structure upgrading and industrialization, and the important demonstration of a nation’s comprehensive power and national defense power. Currently, our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry developed rapidly. However, compared with the developed countries, there is a big gap between us. In this context, there is an important practical significance for the rapid development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry to study on our country’s international cooperation mode of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Firstly, based on the study of the current situation of the development of our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry, we concluded that the unreasonable of industrial structure and the low level of scientific research are the main factors to restrict China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry development, using the econometric methods. Secondly, the paper introduced the international cooperation development status of our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry. There are two typical cases of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry’s international cooperation in this paper. On the analysis of those, we concluded the main problems of our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry participating in international cooperation. This paper also gained experience from developed countries, such as the introduction, digestion and absorption of technique. Thirdly, through the analysis of each high-end equipment manufacturing group’s cooperation and interest’s conflict, we took technology as the division standard for high-end equipment manufacturing industry of international cooperation game analysis, respectively from the general technical game and high technical game. The cooperative game’s result is superior to the result of non-cooperative game. Fourthly, this paper expounded the international cooperation mode of industrial chain network based on the angle of industrial chain, and the OEM technical cooperation mode, risk partners mode, international strategic alliance mode based on the angle of research and development. Moreover, this paper discussed the selection strategy for high-end equipment manufacturing industry’s international cooperation mode of our country. Finally, combined with the research conclusion, this paper put forward several proposals for reference from the two aspects of enterprise and government to the high-end equipment manufacturing industry of our country, and pointed the prospect of research paper.
