:The C2C e-commerce tends to grow swiftly,Showing the C2C trade market is boomingunprecedentedly. However, due to the particularity of the environment and transaction objects of e-commerce, the loss of credibility happens frequently. Mutual trust is the foundation of bilateral trade business. This thesis researches on the factors of credibility of e-commerce system.At first, the author studied the research results of the formers carefully before writingthis essay. The essay covers the following seven concepts:third-party payment, credit evaluation, both parties certification, complaint feedback mechanism, fourth party electronic payment regulation, the third party platform self-monitoring, efficient customer service. And the seven concepts about C2C system of e-commerce trust. It has built a model about system of trust and trust belief, also about trust belief and trust intentions.Secondly, this essay is trying to prove the model and the relevant assumption by put them to practical. The author analysed the data statistically by the software SPSS11.5and VisualPLS1.04, testing all the assumptions by analyzing and estimating statistically and correlatively The experimental results show that four dimensions based on system trust influences the reliability dimension based on trust belief, self control of third party’s cognition, fourth party supervision cognition, and efficient customer service have an appreciable effect on the trust belief. It also shows that trust belief has an effect on trust intentions.Finally, based on the results of the research and analysis, aiming at the system trust in C2C trade Platform, the author make some suggestions in this essay.
