Along with the Internet technology development and of large scale application, e-commerce boom is sweeping the globe. Coping with the trend of economic globalization, the use of the Internet information technology to realize the business activities internationalization, networked, informationization has become a big trend of the international electronic commerce development. As a C2C e-business, although the development history is not long, but since its birth on, it showing a strong momentum of development and broad prospects for development. The biggest change of C2C e-commerce is to make more people participate in the online trading not subject to regional restriction, created a large number of wealth. With the rapid development of C2C e-commerce trade and globalization deepening, how to satisfy people’s international shopping needs, how to realize the internationalization of e-commerce, C2C e-commerce development faces new problems.Based on the analysis of the current status of C2C e-business development and internationization pattern, combined with the analysis of the development of the China’s largest C2C e-commerce platform taobao and the largest international C2C site ebay, with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, explore the C2C e-business internationalization development path, reveals the internationalization of C2C e-business development prospect.
