In China, there are a large amount of websites undertaking E-commerce. Strictly speaking, only two websites that truly having an influence to Chinese C2C market, one of those is E-bay which has already purchased local website, while the other one is the masterpiece of Alibaba-Taobao. As far as EBay’s concerned, it introduced a model of overseas’ profit in an original condition, but still cannot see its success. However, after setting up just several years, Taobao outdid EBay, becoming the Top number one China’s C2C. Seeing from trading volume, Taobao still takes up its position as a leading role of Chinese C2C as it traded485billion Yuan which corresponded to80%of the of market share, and its sales is highly above those big retail players in the market like. Even though, behind the development of Chinese C2C’s E-commerce and a huge amount of trading volume. We have to see that neither EBay nor Taobao can’t shake off the truth that they still suffering from the stage of searching profit model. In order to improve EBay’s present condition and promote Taoba’s development, we present a comparative analysis, which is based on past and present condition of EBay and Taobao, about profit models, service models, information flow models, web page browse conditions, connections’ competitions, defraying service competitions, fellowship competitions, fake commodities, and other different aspects.
