| Government investment projects has been occupying an important position in all kinds of social investment, not only because a large amount of investment, but also because they are often connected with livelihood through major projects. Currently, the agent system has been widely practiced in the new district government investment projects. But still in the pilot and agent system perfect stage, exposed some institutional and operational issues. Super investment position still occurs which has become the focus of public opinion, so the investment control of construction projects is of great significance.This paper selects the object of study for the A district and selected eight representative samples of projects as a post-evaluation of the object on the basis of understanding and screening various projects. These selected samples are representative for the classical control of project investmentevaluation. Major evaluations include investment calculations for project proposals, feasibility studies, investment estimates, preliminary design estimates, the contract price, the completion of final accounts and other investments for each stage of collection and the paper did enough analysis and evaluation. Then the paper dis in-depth study on the basis of basic data for agent companies for the construction management process, especially the results of each stage of investment control, methods and measures for collection, analysis and evaluation, the reasons for investing super-section analysis. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures for the corresponding system recommendations common and individual sample projects are proposed. |
