Comparative Study Of Zhejiang And Vietnam Investment Climate——Base On Perspective Of Zhejiang Investor

With the deepening of the reform and opening up, Zhejiang enterprises are bearing the enormous pressure to industrial transformation and upgrading,"Coming out" strategy provides an effective way for sovle it. Vietnam has always been a place where Chinese investors like to invest, and Zhejiang investors are more other provinces in China. Recent years, with the outbreak of the subprime crisis and the European government debt crisis, western countries has restarted to comply with the trade protectionism firmly, the economic structure of the world has changed greatly, Zhejiang province has been suffering so much as the most important zone of China to export goods.In this point, it’s very important to study and compare the current investment climate of Zhejiang and Vietnam.Basing on references which contain theoretic researches and practical researches in investment climate of formers, the writer designed the questionnaires according to the composition of the investment climate.Throug the investigation toward the Zhejiang investors who invest in Vietnam, the writer understand the hard and soft side of he investment climate with the comparison of Zhejiang and Vietnam. Combining with the questionnaire survey data, the writer uses Factor Analysis and AHP to contrast Zhejiang and Vietnam investment climate systematically. The result shows that Zhejiang investment climate is better than that of Vietnam in the whole scope, and in recenent years the improving speed of Zhejiang is faster than Vietnam’s slightly as well, but Vietnam has obvious advantages on the natural environment and the political environment of investment climate.The papper illustrates the industry which have perfect market prospect and are suitable for Zhejiang investors to invest, and encourages Zhejiang investors to dig the potential market of Vietnam.Besides, improving Zhejiang investors’reputation is also important.
