Investment as a factor of production is an important driver of economic development. However, in the context of the new international division, how to improve investment efficiency of the manufacturing industry in Zhejiang and how to further promote the economic development of Zhejiang Province have been attracting attention of scholars and government.In this paper, we are talking about Efficiency of manufacturing investment in Zhejiang use new classical economics, industrial organization theory and the theory of institutional economics. Secondly, we are talking about the efficiency of manufacturing investment in Zhejiang on the new mode of international division. The changing pattern of international division actually means capital to find the best configuration worldwide. The changing pattern of division reflects the investment efficiency improved. Manufacturing Industry has shown new features, however, there are also disorder issues. We have built models to show that Zhejiang currently facing a monopolistic and competitive market.
