For the local community in ZhaoTong at the leading edge of the TD company, great importance should be attached to the next few years the building of human resources and management, to build a professional team, enhance the company’s core competitiveness, and give full play to talent as enterprise implementation crosses area development, listing and financing, aggrandizement industry status of booster effect, maintain and continue to expand their leading edge, the consolidation of the industry status, realize the sustainable development of enterprises.At present, TD company is in a period of rapid development of enterprises, the rapid expansion of business, are also on the rise. But the enterprises in the development process, with emphasis on the development speed and scale, and to a certain extent, exposed the lack of personnel management system, as well as the original management system has been unable to adapt to the market changes brought about by development status. Performance appraisal can make a superior to subordinate has bear duty ability and the ability to play degree undertakes an analysis, evaluate, and then try to give full scope to the talents, objective and reasonable placement of personnel, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, to improve the work performance; to staff position adjustment, salary and welfare, training and bonuses approved to provide an important basis, can clear employee oriented, security organization, give employees and their contribution to the corresponding incentive.Effective performance appraisal to attract outstanding personnel, can inspire the employees work hard, to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Any enterprise only in fair, justice, open institutionalized norms gradually based on the competency and performance evaluation system and reward incentive system, can be in the talent market competition to win the initiative. From TD company current situation, the urgent need to regulate a set of performance appraisal system to support businesses of rapid development. This article aims at the TD corporation performance appraisal process revealed the problem, using the related theory of performance evaluation of company of current performance appraisal system for diagnosis, the company staff performance appraisal purposes, principles, procedures, main contents to do analysis and research, to design performance appraisal plan, in order to achieve performance test evaluation system and standardization, fine, for the company to span type development laid important foundation.
