Research on the Performance Problems and Countermeasures of A Real Estate Enterprises.Based on BSC and EVA System.The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy.It has made great contributions to China's economic development and has also played a positive role in the development of other industries.To evaluate the performance of enterprises in the real estate industry,to better discover and understand their own strengths and weaknesses,to improve the management level of enterprises to a certain extent and enhance their competitiveness.Therefore,it has been better developed in the whole industry,which in turn drives the development of the entire real estate industry.Especially in the case of real estate policy environment and market environment constantly changing,and the concentration of the real estate industry is constantly improving,it is very necessary for A company with development potential to study its financial performance.This paper uses the combination of theory and practice to study and analyze the performance of Company A.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research status of enterprise performance evaluation.Under the performance evaluation method of the Balanced Scorecard,we found problems and potential risks in the operation of Company A.It mainly analyzes from the four dimensions of financial dimension,customer dimension,business process dimension and learning growth dimension.The financial dimension mainly selects the corresponding indicators from the four aspects of profitability,solvency,operational capability and development capability,and then analyzes the differences between the various indicators of the enterprise and its own development and the horizontal comparison with the whole real estate industry.The reason,and then propose corresponding solutions according to specific problems.This paper provides a certain reference for the scientific selection of corporate performance evaluation indicators and for enterprises with similar performance problems.
