Market competition becomes more intense nowadays, in order to survival, more and more enterprises aware of the role and value of human resources. They are paying more attentions to the HR’s effective development, it’s reasonable configuration, make full use of it and management it scientifically. While with the high value of the salesmen and researchers, those administrators and executives ignored the staffs of the functional department. Though this staffs are supporter rather than a key figure, they still an indispensable one.This paper choose TK company Shenzhen branch as a case for it is a typically enterprises show too much attention and support to it’s business department while neglected the value of the functional department. The company culture of staff value also has deviation, which brings bad effects on the employee’s work enthusiasm, and leads to the coordination between the different department of the company and the company’s overall operation is affected.The author talks about the status of functional departments of TK company, combined with the typical case, and points out the shortcomings of the company’s staff management of functional departments. With the relevant analysis and empirical study, the writer hopes the present problems of the functional departments can be solved and the efficiency of work can be improved. And then,the enterprise’s strategy goal can be achieved on schedule.
