With the continuous advancement and deepening of China's power system reform,how to improve the performance evaluation of power supply companies has become an urgent problem to be solved.The staff of power supply company function departments is specific commanders of the power supply production and operation,the performance of these commanders directly affect the operation of the power supply efficiency and strategic objectives.Therefore,how to strengthen the staff of the functional department of the incentive to enhance their performance,is very important for the development of power supply enterprises.There are a few studies on performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises in the state-owned enterprises and the performance appraisal of the power supply enterprises.However,there are few studies on the performance appraisal of the managers of the state-owned enterprises,especially the research on the performance appraisal of the functional departments of the power supply enterprises.Based on the basic theory of performance appraisal,this paper conducts an investigation on the performance appraisal of the staff department of Y power supply company.In the investigation and research,this article mainly uses the literature induction method,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method,the statistical analysis method.Through the investigation and study,it is found that the performance appraisal work of the staff department of Y power supply company is mainly composed of the evaluation mechanism of the function department,the evaluation of KPI index is unscientific,the 360 degree qualitative index is unscientific,the performance manager does not perform the duties properly,the performance appraisal the results of the design and use of unscientific and other issues.It is suggested that the Y-supply company will improve the performance appraisal of the functional department by improving the performance evaluation method of the staff department of the functional department,optimizing the KPI index setting and evaluation system,optimizing the distribution and application of the performance results of the staff department of the functional department,and improving the performance ability of the performance manager work,through the functional department staff management ability to enhance the whole Y-powered company's overall performance and enhance the competitiveness of the market.
