With the birth of "Internet plus finance",the bank IT staff financial,multiple computer professional knowledge,can play a more important role in the development of mobile phone banking,online banking,financial products,WeChat public platform and credit card platform,so the bank becomes more and more important.ICBC branch IT Xingyang employee occupation career management has yet to change the idea,still maintain the traditional working mode,is not conducive to the bank "Internet plus financial development and growth,reduce the competitiveness of ICBC in city’s major banks,is not conducive to the development and retain customers.This thesis describes the concept of the occupation career management,and through literature analysis and summarizes the research status of theory and practice at home and abroad,analyzes the ICBC branch of the Xingyang basic situation,IT functions,organizational structure,using the questionnaire survey to get the IT Department staff rank,salary,training,promotion and other aspects the data were analyzed according to these data,summarizes the survey problems.Xingyang branch IT department employee occupation career management has the following problems: one is the IT staff work positioning is not clear,the work content and work status of marginalized low-end;two is seriously neglected IT staff development ability,do not give full play to the software requirement management efficiency;three is not a clear understanding of IT staff of financial innovation not to be able to design more capacity,storage,finance,credit products;the four is that many blind software application outsourcing,can not give full play to the IT Department of software design and development capabilities.The main reason is: the traditional business model has the intense competition,"Internet plus finance" has become a new profit growth point,Xingyang branch of the IT department in the occupation career management of employees,not fully aware of the current "Internet plus financial" era,the Internet financial product design,marketing,sales and service and application software are closely related,so the IT department is still using the traditional management mode,the rank of staff management,salary management,promotion channels,training opportunities are less,it is not conducive to the growth of IT staff.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,Xingyang branch from the four aspects of optimization of IT employee occupation career management,one is the overall management of IT Department post,implementation of the top-level design and employee orientation,IT departments have discovered reserves of talent,and adhere to the training with diversified talents;two is the construction of the H type double promotion channel,IT department employee you can change to the same rank management range,encourage employees to work harder;the three is to build a diversified IT training system,establish a long-term training mechanism,enhance IT skills better;four stages motivate employees to achieve the occupation career management,new employees can integrate into the new environment,give full play to the innovation of IT employees initiative,play value IT staff promotion,improve the competitiveness of Xingyang branch.
